At the onset of our work we perform a diagnostic to get a lay of the land. We’ll ask questions about organizational leadership, assess the current state of the business, and identify what the leadership team would like to achieve. We’ll also review the company’s current business and strategic plans, if they exist.We then conduct a strategic planning and mapping session with key members of the leadership team. Here, we’ll craft or refine existing mission and vision statements, define short and long term goals, and devise a strategic plan to get there. 

We finalize the strategic vision and mapping process by creating an action plan, defining performance benchmarks, timeframes for accomplishment, and executive ownership of objectives. We will be with you at every step of the way guiding the entire implementation and execution process.

We coach executives on how to lead, manage, and inspire their teams to achieve optimal performance. In many instances, founders of companies don’t have management or leadership experience. We start by performing an assessment of the current leadership abilities, style, and presence.

We’ll conduct in-depth interviews to understand what the goals are for leadership. We then come up with a plan to work on areas of opportunity and define a leadership style and presence. We coach our C-Suite leaders on solving the challenges that they face and help identify, translate, and evangelize a mission and vision for the company.

In some cases, executive coaching turns into personal coaching, as we dig into the reasoning behind a leader’s aspirations. We will discuss the strategies needed to achieve long-term goals such as selling the company or bringing on a family member.

We start by interviewing leadership to gain perspective on current sales and business development strategies and results.

As part of our analysis we will review historical sales performance against goals, growth trajectory (look back at past 5 years), performance and composition of sales and biz dev workforce (individual and team), efficacy of marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies, brand position, and market share against competitors.

Using our learnings we’ll work with the leadership team to create a sales and marketing plan that drives defined future revenue growth targets—ensuring that productivity and profitability is maximized and teams are engaged.

We coach executive teams, departments, and individuals based on client need. These engagements are usually born as an extension of the strategic planning session where we begin our engagement.

Our planning sessions allow us to not only gain an understanding of the company and its objectives but also provide invaluable insights into team and interpersonal dynamics which are just as critical to business success. If top leadership and teams aren’t functionally sound, no business plan will work.

About Our Founder.

Gina Paoloni is a Business Growth Strategist and the founder of the Gina Paoloni Group– a consultancy that specializes in working with entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth companies to break through plateaus, exploit and capitalize on the biggest growth opportunities in their businesses and navigate the challenges that come along with rapid growth. 

Prior to founding her company, Gina held multiple executive-level sales and leadership positions with responsibility for more than $100 million in revenue and overseeing teams of 100+ 

This experience has given her multi-disciplinary experience in strategy, sales, business development, leadership, revenue attainment, and operations which she deploys in her work with clients.

About Our Founder.

Gina Paoloni, founder and CEO of the Gina Paoloni Group, is a change agent with more than 20 years of experience in driving companies to achieve elite performance.

Gina began her career in advertising sales and used the business to business sales experience she gained to successfully pioneer and innovate a corporate membership platform in the fitness space that became recognized as the industry standard. She became highly sought after and was recruited as Vice President of membership sales for Equinox Fitness Clubs—overseeing a team of 100 and revenues of $100 million plus. She has also held leadership positions at a number of companies, most recently serving as the President of Indagare—a luxury travel company.

Gina has multidisciplinary experience in sales, business development, team leadership, strategy, and operations which she deploys in her work with clients across a broad range of sectors including health & fitness, luxury travel, finance, and consumer products.
